My Journey to Becoming a
Crazy Cat Artist

Alright, folks, let me tell you a little story about how this whole artistic journey of mine began. So, picture this: a shy little kid who found solace in the world of art. Yep, that was me! I started drawing at a very young age, just like most other kids. But you know what? Drawing wasn’t just a hobby for me; it was my ticket to the world of socializing and making friends.

Now, here’s the best part. I was blessed with a family of talented artists in all shapes and forms. Inspiration was practically oozing out of every corner of my house! My grandma, bless her soul, would hoard all her junk mail just so we could transform the back of it into our personal canvas. Talk about resourceful art!

Fast forward to high school, where things got even more colorful. Literally. It was there that I discovered the magic of colored pencils. My teacher was an absolute art wizard and he introduced me to colored pencils. I wanted nothing more than to be like him. He told me one day, “You’ve got your own style brewing inside you, go out and find it.”

After school, I started doing custom human portraits to earn some extra money. UGH….!  Let me tell you, it wasn’t until I started drawing my beloved cats that I found my true passion. Each cat had a personality that had to be immortalized on paper, and I was totally hooked! Luckily for me, cat people are always eager to share adorable photos of their feline buddies, and let’s not forget my own cats, both past and present. They’re a never-ending source of inspiration.

So, folks, get ready to dive into my vibrant world of art and meet all these wonderful characters I’ve brought to life. I pour my heart and soul into every creation, and I hope you enjoy them just as much as I enjoy making them. Let the joy and love for art radiate from each stroke of my pen or brush. Cheers to the wild and whimsical world of art!
